Items may be returned within 45 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Important: Final sale items and pieces marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
To begin the return process:
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Need a different size or color? Simply indicate your preference when initiating your return. We'll prioritize shipping your exchange item once we receive your return.
Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us immediately at hello@modehaus.co with photos. We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is complimentary on all orders. We'll provide a prepaid return label with your return authorization.
